Purchased a starter from the Oldsmar store near where I live, Starter broke near where I work, (Ulmerton and 66th) Needed to replace it and only had time on my lunch break to pull it, gave the starter and the receipt to a coworker and asked him if he would run the errand for me on his lunch break.Advance.. Or the employees that were working that day refused to replace the starter as the person who purchased it was not present.. My coworker explained the situation and no one cared!!After finally getting off at 9pm, and walking to this store they proceeded to tell me they didn't even have one in stock and I'd have to go to another store...I had to take a cab home, and back to work the next day as I couldn't make it to another store..The following day I got my money back and purchased a used one from LKQ.This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a retail store..I look forward to the day you go out of business!
